SEVEN LBS!!

So far so good - its only suppost to be 2.5 lbs a week but in my first week I lost seven pounds!!! Yay!!!! The worst part is the working out -- I'm sore for days afterwards but I'm already 1/4th of the way to my goal!! I know it wont keep up like this but I'm enjoying it now!!

Ok so there are some days that I am so happy I have a blog because it gives me a fairly harmless way to vent my frustration -- either that or I'm a nut job who puts her whole life on the internet either way I don't care.

So today I'm calling jon and calling calling calling and I finally give up and call chelle and ask her to run to my house and save my london broil that we are having for dinner tonight. Finally jon calls me back and says that yes he's at work but not to worry because he put it back in the fridge last night. Yay!! Well I call chelle to tell her never mind and that dinner is fine and she says "Jen, jon's truck is here" apparently she's already right in front of my house. I say "What? Nooooo he just told me that he was at work" and she says well I guess he walked then cuz I'm looking at his truck .... I say to her "Ok thanks for trying to save dinner for me I'll talk to you later"

I call jon.

All I said was "I thought you said you were at work"

He launches into the explanation about how he just didn't want me to freak.

Ok so the diet isn't being as hard as I think it should be... but maybe thats cuz I'm not doing it right..... fuck.... I hate this ... its so DUMB. I think I should just be able to jump in the shower and wash the fat off.... heeeeyy... maybe that's my million - billion.

Day two... in hell...

Ok so we started a new diet YESTERDAY and I am already dreading the next twelve weeks. Oh.My.Hell ... its not one of those stupid grapefruit/cabbage diets its actually not that bad just really restrictive... like 1500 calories a day and ya get to eat every two and a half hours and it works to jump your metabolism up without making you starve... oh and ya hafta exercise your ass off LITERALLY. So back to the gym tomorrow yay - I'm still sore from yesterday's work out but I'm tired of being overweight so there ya go. I'll try to post pictures of the before and after just so I have a little bit more motivation. We'll see how that works out :-p

Now you know.. the rest of the story....

Well there it is... out on the internet for everyone to judge. Not sure THAT was the best idea... things are still a little too raw and new don't ya think? Then again ya gotta pick all the asphalt outta the wound if ya ever want it to heal properly I suppose.

Things are still rough .... working out details .... things may never be the same but hopefully everything will still work out ...

I am in a stunningly good mood today!!! I have to document it before it slips away again!!!! Today is a good day!!! I'm feeling the love from my friends and family, I'm going out to play with one of my bestestest friends tonight we're gonna go see "Sex and the City" I'll have a full movie review for you next week cuz I'm sureeee that you are dying to know if its good and too embarrassed to go see it yourself hahahahahaha.... and I'm ready to chillax (YUP I said CHILLAX) this weekend!!! and I like exclamation points today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On a different note... one of my friends is going through a terrible horrible hard time right now (you know who you are) and is torn in many directions and I, as always, send her my love and support and anything I can do to help her I will because I love her!
